What photos work best?
Sharp, well-lit photos with one clear subject. Plain backgrounds help, but we can remove busy ones.
Can you print characters from shows or games?
We print what you own: your photos, your pets, your logo, your original art. We can't reproduce copyrighted characters to order.
When is my card charged for a custom piece?
At checkout we only place a hold on your card. You are charged after you approve the proof. If you don't approve, the hold is released.
How long does it take?
Proofs go out within [X] days. Approved pieces ship within [X] days.
Why does it look different in the light?
Each layer of color is thin enough to let light through, so the piece shifts as you move. Backlit frames take that up a notch.
How do I care for it?
Dust with a soft dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sun on a hot dashboard or windowsill, since the plastic can soften in high heat.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the US. See the shipping page for rates and timing.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right.
